<p> Without dialogue, "Water Babies" chronicles the activities of numerous kewpie doll-like water nymphs over the course of a single day, from their awakening from their slumber in the shelter of their respective pond lilies, through their traversing of a lake by means aviary and nautical, their numerous play activities and their return to the pond lilies at nightfall.</p>
